Summer Hills Real Estate Services & R. Russell Properties, LLC along with Haven of Hope “City within a City”  is involved in a special HUD Housing Program.  This program will allow you to purchase homes from certain  lenders from zero to 50% off the MLS pricing.  These homes are REO properties that are offered to our Non-Profit group. 

Our Group is dedicated to helping homeless families with children, low income families and other in need of help in this area.
